hi,

u can clad beams with same finish as flase ceiling or highlight it with contrast finish..

it can also be cladded with mirror as it will visually expand space.

Hi . I don't want to clad them. I want them to be fully concealed in false ceiling. what's the minimum height needed for false ceiling? will 8'6" be too low?

if u cover it in smae lineitll need atleast 3" below lowest beam ... which can be around 8'3" so it will be low as ur fans will again be lower than that.

so take a call with reference to beam levels.

Mounika what is the width of the beams . Please share few pics.

It is a subjective opinion but 8"7 " is not too low. Depending upon the beam width different treatments can be done to hide it

Hi nitin. The beam width is around 9". that's the only picture I have.

I am not sure about the beam width. I think it's 7" or 8"

Ok Monika, for the beam running in the middle of the room you can clad it to make it a part of the design but it needs to be planned properly. You may need professional help there. These attached suggestions should hide the beam.
