Dear Mr. Murthy, Its a very good approach and vision for a farmhouse, but this house is not built in india but in Texas. Where climatic conditions are different plus this is made out of wood majorly. But you can still achieve the same with different architectural treatment. Keeping the builtup area 1000sqft plus porches and all might cost you around 15 lac. (interior excluded) Hope this helps you a bit. :)

Hi Tanu, Designing is a subjective thing so you need to elaborate your requirements and vision a bit more. Though South- west facing house isn't considered as good as per Vastu and also as per energy terms as most heat gain is from the same corner and therefore more attention required while planning and designing such house.
