Probably depends on your lighting (natural and not) and flooring, etc.
We used BM Chantilly Lace which is pretty bright white but I like it. One of our rooms is BM Gray Owl and looks great with it. And looks equally good with other grays and blues. And even nice on the door in our beige-y bathroom with white pedestal sink.

We went with Laurel Bern's advice to use BM Cotton Balls for all our ceilings, trim, and interior doors, and it looks lovely; the ceilings are in Regal Select ulti-matte finish, and the doors/trim in Regal Select semi-gloss.

We live in rural Alberta, so have lots of natural light in the summer and limited amounts (usually reflecting off snow) in the winter; we have north, south, east, and west exposures. Cotton Balls works well with the yellow walls (BM Casablanca) we have throughout most of the house, but also with the BM Revere Pewter and BM Natural Wicker in several rooms.

I use Cotton Balls on all ceilings and trim.

HU, is this a new build or your current house? Do you have any of your greys and white neutrals selected? I'd recommend trying some of the wall colors next to several whites, on a white (or drywall) background.

BM has a standard ceiling paint designed for ceilings.
