What is the purpose of that 5x12 passage.?

It's common passage for a entry of kitchen, bathroom and bedroom

And to last of passage wall there will be some wall treatment which will enhance look from entry

Anybody there?

OK. That passage may not be required .You can do away with that passage and have Kitchen base cabinets extend till the room.

An open kitchen will help in placing the dining and living together.

Sir. Wall which is adjacent to kitchen cannot be removed earlier was planning same thing to have open kitchen with breakfast counter but not possible now.
2nd i am in trouble with 21ft by 12ft area which is just in front of entry
I want drawing dining both will be possible and that too with rich look as it the first view of my house from entry. If yes please help me with furniture placement layout of that place.

They are load bearing wall. I have already removed more than allowed. Can't remove more

If that's a limitation you can place your dining table parallel to TV room, after leaving the passage width.

That would leave you around 12x12 space for living room.Use an L shape sofa for that area.

make it two part
12x10 ur TV room and 12x10 ur dining area
and if u want it a rich look leave it like that and make it dining cum living and TV room

I have a few suggestions. I'm guessing there's a window in the living room. this can be converted into a u-shaped seating space as shown in the sketch along with 2 upholstered accent chairs which will help in achieving a classy look. you can add open or covered storage below the seating.
A 4 seater dining table as shown in the rough plan cad sketch can help you achieve both a living and drawing space in the same area.

Also, the passage has a wonderful nook that can be used in many different ways. place a winged armchair with an overhead lamp and floating bookshelves along with a simple wallpaper.
Or you can also add an 18" wide wall attached counter there with stools, add some funky wallpaper with vintage posters and turn it into a diner!
this space can also be converted into a mini Bar!

Hi, you can interchange the T.v. room with dining area as the width of 9' is ok if we design with the bench of one side and chairs on the other side. As you have not shown the windows position in your layout, if there is a window in your T.V. room, increase the width and height to make the room visually bigger.

For your drawing area in your 12'x21', you can have the formal seating first and on the upper side you can have the provision for your T.V.

If you need a store, you should utilize the part of the passage for that as every house needs one for extra storage.

There is no planning for the washing area in your layout. You must plan it nearby your kitchen area.

Mr. Abhinav, For a six seat dining unit, the minimum space required is 11'x7'6". The calculations are,

1) Dining table size is 3'3" x 6'

2) On all four sides we have to provide 2' to 2'3". 2' is when we're designing a bench on one side.

3) A crockery unit in that area for the handy stuff.

4) Some movement space as we can't design neck to neck.

5) There is bathroom just next to the area is a plus point.

You've not provided the information regarding the windows, so can't be sure.

But the areas divided this way defines the proper rooms for dining and the drawing cum T.V. room.

Anisha deb. Mam u took wrong in 2d drawing that room is 26*12ft. But due to 5ft passage area use able area is 21ft*12

Rupal shah mam. There is no window in 26*12ft room
But there is full front window in TV room
Window size 9*9.5ft.full glass window
