Try a light grey. I wouldn't go beige with the yellow. Dark wood looks great with grey walls. Yellows and brown also work well with grey. So pick a light grey and good luck.

I would recommend a soft gray...see photo below...

Teal is a very trendy colour, but having it on all four walls may be an overkill in the kitchen, especially with that dramatic chevron dado tile. I hope at least the 4th wall is white! The cabinets have to be white too
