Need Help on using coconut tree

    Q

Hi, We have a West facing site. West-East--70' North-South--40' Living will be at the North West Corner according to the plan and we want it that way. Now, we have a coconut tree 7' from the North wall and 5' from the west compound wall. This inclines towards the site at the top and we suspect it does so upto 4' at the top. Now, we will essentially be losing the 7*9' area which would otherwise come into the living room. I do not at any cost want to lose this tree but want to make use of the space some way instead. Can you suggest me some ideas please?

Bonsai is usually delicate..small but in scale with a regular tree..leaves and branches proportionate and graceful as well as the planter being wide and shallow..this does not appear to meet any of these criteria

Without analyzing the site properly, no one can say anything. You have to hire an architect for this.
