First you need to remove the cause of the moisture, which is what allows the mold to grow. Until you do that whatever you put up is going to have problems as well as mold continuing to grow. After the cause is corrected then you can paint, paper, whatever and it will be fine.

Ok. in that case please let the area dry in summer. It is very important. Remove the area mould completely with power washer and bleach. Do it for 2-3 times. Do cover the area with " Damp proof " smart care solution and then use "Ultima Protek paint" . The products mentioned above are from Asian paints . @cornerstone design studio. how can this be mounted on concrete plastered walls. i have seen YouTube videos where they mount them on drywalls with the help of a nail gun. but not sure how can this be achieved on a concrete wall.
