Hello Anand, Leather finish laminates have a soft texture to it which would need a more engaged cleaning. Other than that it one thing, it should be easy to mantain a laminated door/ bed.

Hi if you want to do lamination on you house than you have diside first do you want high gloss or matt finish genraly people prefer high gloss as per trend. if you want to select any one in this than I prefers therd one.

But why do you need a door in the middle of the bedroom? If so, how does it mingle with the rest of the layout. Please send your complete layout.
