Hey John, So sorry I didn't get to this earlier! Yes the spa filter is top loaded and the rest of the equipment is accessible via removable tiles. If you look to the left of the spa you will see a row of tile that has a slightly bigger gap that the rest of the deck. This is custom fabricated and can be removed to allow enough space for service techs to access all equipment. Thanks for the question!
