Hi, I am not a professional but a enthusiast. I have 2 opinions for you. 1. Small Puja Mandir in place of Fridge and move the fridge near the Sink opposite to Dining. This will be probably very Small. But during Pooja, there will be good space. 2. The second opinion is based on questioning the need of 3 bathrooms. You can remove one attached bathroom and make it a big Pooja Room. Further, you can also play with the size of Bathroom and make it extremely small and accommodate both Pooja from outside and a small bathroom or powder behind it * Chosen practicality over Vaastu.

TJ, Your Pooja place is not in the desired space but yes it is a practical solution. Try to leave a foot from the bathroom wall. Kitchen is in ideal spot. I can see that you are trying to move the hob point towards east however, it may not be practical here as it is getting quite close to sink.In case you plan to move the hob, then you may want to get the utility door shifted towards north to give you some cooking counter space.

Hello there @ Pravin, There's is already a designated location in the plan marked by the swastika. If you want to incorporate seamlessly into a furniture, try making a bookrack cum Pooja shelf/ Pooja cupboard with cnc cut jaalis and wooden framed boxes for book storage.
