Hello, Your Drawing Room needs more colour other than the white of the wall and brown tones of the furniture. This addition of colour can be done by adding the some printed cushions on all the seating. Slip a huge traditional print area rug that will at-least have all the front legs of the furniture on it. Addition of some huge traditional paintings / Wall art / Murals, etc on wall matching the ethnic style of the room. Style your center table & side table with some curios like brass accessories, coffee table books, candles, succulents, etc. Increase the lighting of the room. Can highlight a wall with a wallpaper/ texture wall/ textured paint. Green is good for the eyes! Add some house plants wherever you can. In increasing order of cost curtains, bamboo chik, MDF jaali or a dry wall should look good and be temporary as well. Besides this dummy separation you can provide a seating and entry display. Hi Gaurav, Here are a few suggestions - 1] Put up a nice collection of photographs over the chest of drawers. Put up planters on either its side. 2] You may go for a wallpaper behind the leather sofa or else opt for a grey coloured wall. Grey would highlight your sofa and give it a background. Accentuate it with a mirror or a painting. 3] Cover the window AC with an american pleat curtain that you can draw apart when you need to use the AC and which otherwise covers the entire window. 4] What are those green cushions in the corner? If they are floor cushions, highlight them with cushions. 5] A major requirement of your living room is a set of coffee table and matching end tables. This would visually connect the furniture together and make your space more utilitarian. 6] Choose a colour them and stick to it. Opt for curtains, rugs/carpets, cushions and wallpaper in tune with it. Since you have a striking blue accent chair you may choose to repeat the colour sparingly over the entire room to achieve a cohesive look. 7] Go for curios, collectibles like vases, votive, lanterns, figurines etc. to add a personal touch. Hello Tarun, Change the Wall color , Repaste some light color wallpaper , Hang some nice quotes and pictures, get the themed poster, artfacts, hangings etc. Use dark colored wooden Furniture with light color skin (fabric cover) The Flooring is quite dull for the room size, use carpets and rugs on exposed areas. For more , it might go to high end budget and need to be consulted to architect or designer.
