Our brave clients bought a complete wreck in South London and were ambitious enough to commission both a full house refurbishment plus loft extension and rear extension. They have a passion for art deco design and wanted this ethos embodied within the design.

Our solution is no standard rear extension. We have taken advantage of the sloping site to create a double height library space overlooked by the kitchen diner on the ground floor. We have also incorporated a home office for our client on the lower ground floor with views out to the garden.

Planning and Building Control consents successfully achieved. Complete.
