With a pond on one side and a wooded lake view on the other, I situated the home on the lot and used a lot of lass front and back so that light would move throughout. The master bedroom is connected by a skyway and has its own lower level, apart from the rest of the house. It acts as a separate pool house building with a changing room and exercise facility.

The home even has a creek running under its front entry and was built with stone and wood to help it blend naturally into its environment.

The clients had lived on the lot for many years in a different house, so they knew the land and were passionate about building this new home.
