This academic thesis project is a part of Integrated development of a mega project at Tehri Lake that provides an extensive range of treatments with world class amenities. Site is polygonal in shape with hilly terrain and scanty vegetation with cold and cloudy climate experience. The rolling contoured site slopes mostly towards the lake. The buildings are oriented in such a way that each bedroom and most of the spaces face the lake view.
