The brief was to create an oasis for relaxing and replenishing energy among the bustling life of a big city.
The ultimate goal was to combine the metropolis, the relaxed vibe of a resort, with very subtle hints of oriental touch which kind of reflects the client's roots; and lastly, lots of hidden storage areas to go by.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The apartments are situated in the very center of the metropolis, in which it was necessary to create an atmosphere of tranquility and solitude. Also, the client loves to travel, thus requesting for it to reflect in her home, she wanted her apartment to look like a luxurious hotel room so that she would feel like in a resort all day; every day, without having to leave her apartment after a long working day/week.
The apartment should be a perfect blend of aesthetics and functionality, whilst reflecting the client's personality.
The interior should also take into account the opportunity for creating a welcoming hospitality atmosphere since the client loves hosting parties for her friends & family.
