Residential layouts in and around IT parks are in great demand and in most cases we come across adhoc construction.We had a unique opportunity to take up a commercially viable residential project at an odd site size (58X38) which was triangular in shape. Meticulous space utilization through well thought out design has helped us achieve the maximum floor space and we are confident that this project will prove to be an excellent example of price appreciation due to best engineering practices.
