Clients are two siblings from Kolkata who work as IT professionals. This contemporary-style Twin house is located in Bangalore. The overall site is rectangular in shape having an area of 4800 sq. ft (approx.). It is an East-facing site. They wanted to live in Bangalore despite the fact that they are not locals. They had a clear requirement that they begin the project jointly with the same estimation and requirements. So, we designed a twin house for them which followed basic Vastu. Options for planning layouts were presented. Architecture detailing and construction in Bangalore proceeded with the layout that was chosen.
