Designing a modern residential villa on a triangular plot near Sarjapur Bus Stop in Bangalore was an exciting challenge that pushed our creative boundaries. The 1680 sq. ft. north-facing corner plot required innovative solutions to fit a spacious duplex with three bedrooms while adhering to Vastu principles. Collaborating with our clients, software engineers with a family of five, we maximized the irregular site's potential by incorporating dynamic facades, unique window shapes, and angular projections.

The layout features a welcoming foyer, seamless zoning of living spaces, a hydraulic lift, skylights, and balconies to ensure ample natural light and ventilation. On the first floor, we included personalized spaces like a walk-in closet and office for the daughter and a serene Puja area with a skylight. The exteriors blend modern aesthetics with functional design, highlighted by vertical grills, bay windows, and pergola seating on the terrace. This project exemplifies how innovative spatial planning can transform even the most unconventional plots into stunning, functional homes.
