This beautiful home was built facing a stunning view, but lacked an outdoor space to enjoy it. The homeowners wanted to be able to entertain friends and family while taking in the mountain vistas. We expanded a tiny screened enclosure into a large screened porch, making sure to preserve the home's aesthetic and brick detailing. Then, we added a beautiful grilling deck that fits the site perfectly, and extends their enjoyment of their beautiful view!
