The Zen Theory is known for its high-end design expertise for the luxury residential projects, we are extremely happy to showcase our first attempt in designing and executing a budget-friendly apartment under 18 lakhs.
While executing this beautiful apartment we prioritized two things - the budget and the design.
This beautiful three-bedroom apartment spreads across 1500 sqft, has been designed in hues of white, grey and blue for the common areas like living, dining, and kitchen and tastefully paired with combinations of beige, brown and gold for two bedrooms whereas one the bedrooms features a tropical backdrop.
We were surprised and did not realize our strength of sourcing until we took up this project as a challenge and with our dedicated efforts, we could contain the prescribed budgets yet gave them the picture-perfect finish beyond imaginations.
