The Zen Theory ( TZT) was established in 2016 by Fasana Alisha Caesar as an independent design practice. TZT is a small team of very dedicated design professionals who ensure that every project is overseen with detail, care, and utmost personal attention. Since its inception 4 years ago, TZT has successfully completed various residential and commercial projects. TZT has been nominated for various prestigious design awards across India. Zen Theory believes in the spirited crafting of unique interiors, that not only captivate minds but also move hearts. The scientific approach to a spiritual world of Zen, helps us bring the synthesis of our clients onto the drawing board and then into reality. We love to demonstrate work that enhances lifestyle with designs, drawn from the philosophy of Zen Masters about Grace, Eminence, virtue, simplicity & serenity. About - Fasana Alisha Caesar | Founder | Principal Designer Creative professional having 10 years of extensive design experience is famous for her intricate visions & visual explanations. Fasana completed her degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Bangalore where she graduated as a Top rank holder. She went on to join Jones Lang Lasalle where she had the opportunity to work with MICROSOFT, YAHOO, and Astra Zeneca, having garnered experience in corporate operations she went on to pursue her management studies Indian Institute of Management – Calcutta (IIMC ). Keeping design aside, Fasana is a pet parent to an adopted indie dog and is an avid traveler
