When we were initially contacted about this project is was to construct the deck. However, during the consultation, while we were learning about the project, the owners presented a completed backyard design. We found out that the owners were working with another company to create their backyard oasis, but when the cost came in way over the proposed budget, it halted the build. We are by no means a low-cost company (in the short term) but we reviewed the full scope with them and established the budget it would take for us to complete the whole project. We were in their range and they decided to proceed with having us build out the project. This project was a full outdoor living environment, what some would call a “staycation” backyard. Consisting of a deck, patio spaces with walkways connecting all, a couple retaining walls, fencing, landscaping, and a new sliding door. The patio space was divided into two sections, one the wet zone by the pool and the second being the hangout zone. This also allowed for a smaller area of fence with a clean transition. The deck constructed using Azek building products provided the style they wanted without having to worry about maintenance. We had a great time constructing this space and love knowing it will be enjoyed by the family and their friends for years to come.
