This is a prototype tiny house built by Extraordinary Structures to demonstrate its cnc-cut panelized construction system. The interior walls are a lightly sealed knotty pine in pure bond plywood to showcase how the wall system functions. It's significantly more energy efficient that most houses, let alone most tiny houses and the tall ceilings and extra-wide trailer platform give it a sense of spaciousness that belies its size. As a high-end prototype with top shelf amenities and appliances, this was an expensive unit, but we are able to produce this model and similar structures for significantly less.
