Parkgate House
A redevelopment of a converted Victorian bakery on Battersea’s Parkgate Road. We chose to retain the historical façade, the remaining structure was extensively rebuilt to accommodate 5 apartments and a penthouse, ranging from 1,760 ft2 to 3,700 ft2.
Interior design by Turner Pocock
Photography by Phil Durrant
Described as ‘the best thing since sliced bread’ by City AM, the development retains the original charm of the historic Victorian building while introducing contemporary living inside.
