A new build development located on the north-side of Parkgate Road. The site is situated in the heart of Battersea’s Creative District with the studios of iconic designers Victoria Beckham and Vivienne Westwood housed in neighbouring properties and the Royal College of Art just around the corner.

Designed by Claridge Architects, a practice known for their modern minimalist architecture, the scheme features two buildings each sporting a sleek portland stone exterior. There are a total of eight units ranging from circa 2,000 ft2 to 4,000 ft2, complete with generous ceiling heights and wrap-around terracing.

Interior designer Sophie Ashby as well as the Banda Design Studio are creating interiors which will be finished to the highest specification.
