Eschewing all embellishment, the building form was constructed as an exercise in restraint with only strong proportions defining the design intent. The Golden Rectangle was used to determine scale and proportion of the building elements.

The interior design embraces a modern aesthetic with each space featuring a curated selection of clean-lined, contemporary furnishings warmed up with subtle touches like luxurious upholstery, vibrant wallpaper, colourful artwork and fresh greenery.

Bedroom colour schemes are inspired by jewel tones to suggest luxury and grandeur.
