Our discerning clients envisioned a refined, four-season entertaining retreat—an elegant extension of their home designed to be enjoyed year-round, rain or shine, with family and guests. In response, we designed and constructed a bespoke 24’ × 14’ pool house that seamlessly blends contemporary architecture with thoughtful, high-performance functionality, creating a sophisticated yet inviting space for both everyday enjoyment and elevated entertaining.

The project includes a new composite deck, custom privacy screens, a modern hardscape entry, and professionally designed landscaping with integrated exterior lighting. The pool house offers generous space for both intimate gatherings and larger events.

Interior features include a granite bar island, dedicated food-prep countertops, two mini fridges, a finished pantry, and a concealed storage closet for pool, lawn, and garden storage. High-end finishes such as shiplap interior walls, stained tongue-and-groove ceilings, custom lighting, and Hardie board-and-batten exterior siding complete the space. Two tinted Lux garage doors create a seamless indoor-outdoor connection, delivering a truly elevated entertaining experience.
