House 1/90 is a Residential Complex designed and built by Chaudhary Associates. It is strategically located in Ruchikhand, Lucknow at a corner plot of 8000sqft area.
The design concept was to reveal its panorama to its fullest by consciously framing it in a series of unique frames. It is a mix of 2 and 3 bhk units sporting spacious balconies, an outdoor garden space that proposes quality housing which is simple, economical and efficient.
The building integrates nicely with urban surroundings rising above and overlooking them and at the same time stands out adding and aesthetic value with a clean meaningful geometry.
