The design language emphasise on the strong contrast between the openness of the park view facade and the opacity of the side and back facades creating a strong framing effect. It consists of a 9 mtr long slab to cover a column free terrace with completely undisturbed views. The simple design of a framed form is drawn from the geometry of the site achieving the maximum envelope possible with purely rectilinear forms. With linear horizontal lines, enhanced by elegantly projecting balconies over bold front wall, this project marks a modernist approach towards design.
