This Penthouse rooftop project went through quite the transformation. With railings making this project grow from approx 600sq ft to 1200sq ft. it literally doubled the space and gave it new life! With the hiring of "COVE" a well known Chicago street graffiti artist with his many colors spray cans tagged this once wall into a work of art.
