The landscape plan for this home focused on the spectacular ocean view. The outdoor living area was built to maximize the view and accommodate the homeowner's active family. The site was transformed from a steep slope with ledge to an landscaped area including a covered porch, dining terrace, outdoor kitchen, fire pit area, lawn, landscaped path to the shore and dock, and the dramatic infinity pool with stone column piers that are torches fueled by natural gas.
