When sitting on the high stools it offers a great view into the living area and the panoramic city view outside from those huge 8' glass siding doors, perks of being on the 21st floor.
With the rest of the fixed furniture using neutral tones, especially those of grey, this becomes the wow factor and draws you in right from the entrance.
