The project involved redesigning the elevation of an existing structure, as the previous team had delivered a subpar result.

We took the opportunity to modernize the building's facade with a contemporary design that aligns with current trends. Given the limitations of the existing site conditions, our options were somewhat restricted, but we successfully introduced varied volumes in the elevation.

We used durable tile cladding and sleek MS metal sections to achieve a modern look. The balcony ceilings were finished with PVC wooden rafters and concealed lighting, closely matching our design vision. It brings us great satisfaction to see the design fully realized as intended, reflecting the success of our efforts.
