CTDC designed and executed a 775 sq. ft residential show flat into a 3bhk luxurious apartment for the comforts of extended families that sleeps 8 people.
A Living room that comprises of a sofa cum bed, a dining table for 6, a breakfast table for 2/3, incorporated in an open kitchen, complete with built in appliances such as a fridge, washing machine, an OTG and a microwave oven, along with a sink in hob and retractable chimney and a state of the art water purifying system, is designed and executed by CTDC keeping in mind the necessities of a modern family.
Space allocated for the kitchen is converted into a kids bedroom complete with a bunk bed, retractable storage below the bed, a powder toilet, ample storage facilities for clothes like an openable closet, a bench type seating with storage underneath it, along with a fixed and a retractable study table. The bench is designed to accommodate extra people in the room.
En Suite Guest and Master bedrooms are designed to extend a sense of luxury complete with cushioned beds and headboards, full length dressing mirrors add glamour and purpose to the rooms, and wardrobes, study table and chest of drawers for that extra handy storage needs, and tv units for entertainment.
