Located in Gilbert, Arizona, Willow Lane was designed from the blueprint stage as a custom home tailored to a young family's lifestyle. Living on acreage in the middle of the city, our clients were drawn to a minimal, low-maintenance aesthetic that could stand up to everyday life with small children and bulldogs.

While durability was essential, our goal was to create a home that also felt distinctive and deeply personal. A bold palette of black, white, and rift white oak establishes a clean, contemporary foundation, while an all-black kitchen with a custom stone hood creates a dramatic focal point softened by abundant natural light. A custom chandelier installation in the foyer visually connects the interior and exterior, reinforcing the home's architectural rhythm. The result is a custom home that balances everyday practicality with bold, enduring design.
