Client Description: Featured on HGTV’s Bang for your Buck, this renovation of a fourth floor walk-up is near the Merchandise Mart in River North for a young bachelor.

Challenges: The vintage apartment features skylights throughout the space and high ceilings. Trying to keep the character of the building and the heritage of the homeowner, the design brought together vivid colors and modern design in a small, urban space.

Favorite Features: The bathroom, a key aspect of the project, was inspired by famous Turkish baths. With a large soaking tub and spa-like shower, it is the ultimate retreat for feeling refreshed and relaxed.
