As the name hints, the building is a 100 years old, which housed a bicycle shop on the ground floor for the last 3 decades and a 3 bed flat on the first floor.
Our participation in this project was for the redesign of the entire building, planning drawings, detail drawings and interior design inputs.
The ride to build/renovate/ refurbish this "old bike shop" has been one of toughest, but absolutely worth it.
From footing to roof line, every component of this building has taken the most possible attention to detail from the architect, builder and the client. This multiroom dwelling is a cluster of 12 rooms split on 2 floors. Colours, were used intuitively to add an extra flair to the design.
This multi room dwelling in the university town of Norwich, needed an identity of its own to lure.
We designed a bold backdrop of dark blue with complimenting accessories that livens up each room and makes a strong statement along with plenty of natural light let in through skylights and windows to highlight the ambience.
