The Tekchandaney Home at Powai, Mumbai is a spectacular four-bedroom lake-facing apartment all the way up on the 17th floor. With breath-taking views from all the rooms of the apartment, it was a great experience designing this home.
This family of six spans three generations, and wanted a home that was chic, contemporary and easy to maintain. We also had to be conscious of the sensibilities of each generation- the grandparents, parents, and two young athletic boys, and design accordingly.
The result has been a journey that was fun, hectic and rewarding. We leave a beautifully bespoke home for our friends to start a new chapter in their lives and wish them great memories!
