This project started with dated, builder-grade finishes. Our scope of work included new wood flooring throughout, paint, refaced fireplace, new stair railing, and a kitchen facelift. The original cabinets were in good shape and the layout worked well, so they got a paint-job and allowed us to stretch the project dollars further. The end result is a light, bright and calming space.
