Renovation Project

Our clients bought a tired looking 1960's property in a wonderful location. The brief was to change the appearance of the property, extend the ground floor, alter the layout of the second floor and convert the loft. The look contemporary and the design open plan living, with a fully automated system....incorporating security, music, lighting and of course turning the sprinklers on!

The best way to show a client how their home will look is simply to design and then produce a CGI. We also put all the finishes together, the slate tiles, colours of render, driveway gravel finishes, front door and window designs with RAL colours! Everything shown in the image.

This is the front of the existing property before the rendering. The garage on the far left was partly the inspiration for the finish shown on the CGI Although we removed the red brick and replaced with dark grey slate.
