A large format black sill was added at the windows to incorporate the windows into the redesigned kitchen space.

Lighting was incorporated into shelving over the sink to illuminate a previous dark area.

The range was moved from the corner and closer the the refrigerator to allow for more counter space on either side of the cooking area. Copper accents on the GE Cafe appliances add a warm tone to the space.
