This 7,500-square-feet home in noida, is Vast , slick and all
round magnificent luxurious house stands out as a example
of private residential architecture at its finest.
Shikha sharma—the design lead for the project—and
founder of hive obsession, was the creative mind behind the
project.
The house has been planned around its nucleus: the
courtyard like our old traditional houses. All spaces are
designed around this central sphere in various ways—be it
by physically traversing through it to access different spaces
or being visible from all areas at all times. The living, kitchen,
dining and bedrooms overlook the courtyard at different
levels. This modern luxurious exterior uses glass to reveal the
heart of home, and huge kitchens, swimming pool, terrace
garden, cinema and bedrooms with walk in closets.
Luxury can look like and mean a lot of different things.With
our luxury house floor plans, we aim to deliver a living
experience that surpasses everyday expectations.
We focus on particular aura that people can feel straight
from the entrance. it’s the sophistication, elegance, detail
sense of proportion and some distinctive feeling that living is
easy.
The devil is in details, and each element has to be curated
with care, starting with a layout that is functional as much as

aesthetical. For luxury drawing rooms in this project, we
begin with choosing larger pieces that proportionately fill the
space. And right selection of finishing materials and refined
décor enhance the composition.
Every bedroom in this residence has different feel. we tried
to use texture to add warmth and elegance to master
bedrooms. Focus on few statement pieces t avoid
overstuffing.
Luxury style requires bringing out some glitz. Gold silver,
brass work great in combination with soft and full fabrics like
velvet and silk. Use of marble flooring adds lasting value to
home.
Statement art adds a final touch to luxurious interior, so
carefully choosing the things not to spoil the vibe.
