New build replacing Commercial Agricultural Barns

When we took over this project on a former agricultural site, planning consent had already been granted for a new build house in place of some commercial agricultural barns.

But our clients weren’t happy with the approved designs and were looking for someone who could really deliver their vision.

In careful partnership with their contractor, and by applying for planning amendments, we managed to not only increase the footage of the property, we also managed to squeeze in an extra floor of accommodation.
