Kitchen Renovation

The house’s original kitchen was outdated, dark, and inefficient. A new floor plan allowed for a larger island with seating for six. This improved the kitchen’s functionality tremendously.

The white marble on the black cabinet continues the same color scheme of the kitchen, but gives something different for the eye to look at. The framing above the triple windows was recessed into the ceiling to allow for larger windows to be installed.

The custom built, black hutch allows for more cabinet space, but breaks up what would otherwise be a very large mass of white. The black also ties in with the soapstone counter tops.
