When working with tighter spaces with limited walls our team had to get imaginative to design the same quality of luxury that we create with all our projects. Function was the first priority when working this town-home located on the Eagle River. To avoid clutter or over accessorizing we focused on enhancing the basics. Using a warm-neutral color scheme married with earth tones and organic materials we were able to give the space an aesthetically layered look to create this alluring home.

With limited wall space we had to rely on the furniture to create a smooth flow as well as an artistic quality that is classic without being obvious. Although the bedrooms follow the neutral color palette with simple layers of texture, each one has its personality and burst of color identity. Decorative light fixtures bring in layers of quality art with their sculpture-like essence. The copper element of the barstools is intentional to bring in a mixed metal into the space.

One of our favorite elements of luxury living is bringing wellness into a space. The biggest way to create well-being was to maximize the floor-plan to be able to allow a lot of family time. By using an over-sized sectional we were able to seat as many people as possible to spend time together instead of breaking up the seating. The outdoor view of the Eagle River was a focal point and we positioned furniture so that as much of the view as we could get was available.
