The Homecast residence is a compact, yet comfortable design. The subterranean residence spans across two floors, basement, and ground. The overall interior design maintains a streamlined tone; the use of minimal elements with a splash of decorative items enhances the overall experience. The design is minimalist and aims solely in elevating the user experience to the finest possible.

The basement has a large entertainment space with a small pantry. Along with a personalized home theatre, it also has a study area that is directly accessible from outside for patients to consult with the doctors.

The basement sits in the backdrop of a soft pattern brushed concrete finish wall, which further accentuated by a customized piece of Lotus flower wall installation in mixed medium of copper and marble adds the glamour to the space.
