This condo may be small in size but not in style. You are greeted with a statement wall upon entering the space which lures you into the rest of the unit. the spacious rooms are decorated in a contemporary style with a nod to mid century modernism and a dose of hollywood glam. Old storage cabinets were removed to create a useful home office space now that the couple was expecting their first child and the old office is now a nursery. The whimsical room is gender neutral and the wall mural even has shelves built-in for toys and books. The kitchen was completely upgraded with dark gray shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances and recessed lights replaced the old florescent light box. The bathroom got a mini makeover with a new vanity which provided much needed storage and there's even built-in storage in the wall behind the framed art opposite the toilet (sorry don't have a pic to show).
