The clients were a young working couple moving into their first home. Their home was a 4250 sq ft. villa that they were afraid would be hard to maintain. So we designed the space with materials that and forms that are easy to maintain in a fun, light tropical theme. The highlight of their home is the partition that divides their dining and living spaces.
