Master plan creating a highly productive farm estate with perennial crops, a pond for wildlife, an orchard with heirloom apple trees, and grazing areas. The main house featured heritage detailing and a light filled interior. Materials in the main house included reclaimed bleachers made into flooring, a custom front door based on a Prague design, and European floor to ceiling windows. Renovation of 1850's schoolhouse resulting in a feature article in Chesapeake Life. The finished estate was featured as the 2013 Talbot County Designer Showhouse.
