Small bathroom renovation with a slate blue, gray and white color scheme, accented by rich stained wood and a custom paint color. The shape of the arabesque tile was the inspiration for the selection of the bathroom fixtures, and the shower bench seat was fabricated to reflect the shape of the tile and toilet tank cover. Features include a porcelain tile walk-in shower with a medallion of slate-blue framed arabesque tiles, surrounded by softly veined rectangular tiles; curved built-in shower bench; built-in niche with glass shelves; shower head with detachable sprayer; and frameless glass shower doors. Coordinating small hexagon tiles (for slip resistance) were used on the shower floor, with an arabesque-patterned drain cover. The framed arabesque tiles were repeated on the bathroom floor. Other features are a large mirrored medicine cabinet with framed LED lighting and an interior power outlet for charging small appliances, and an over-the-toilet cabinet for additional storage. Towel hooks are both decorative and functional.
